I was honestly blown away. My 2019 Tahoe had three years of road grime, dog hair, and juice stains from the kids — I figured some of it was permanent. Vellure showed up on time, worked quietly and efficiently, and when I opened the door afterward I actually gasped. Every crevice was clean, the leather looked conditioned and supple, and the outside was mirror-perfect. Worth every penny.
Used Vellure for the first time before selling my car and they completely transformed it. A dealer told me it would knock $1,500 off the asking price because of the condition — after Vellure detailed it, that conversation never came up. The paint correction alone was incredible. They took their time and didn't rush a single step. Will be using them on our new car from day one.
I've tried three other mobile detailers in the area and none of them came close to this. Had a small issue with water access at my condo and they figured it out without any fuss — just said "we've got it covered" and handled it. My car came back cleaner than the day I bought it. The ceramic coating they applied makes water bead right off and the whole exterior shines in a way I've never seen before. Great communicators, great people, and a flawless result. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
